Dental Anchor

Dental treatment guidance and coordination platform

A clearer way to plan dental treatment in Istanbul.

Dental Anchor helps international patients prepare for dental treatment in Istanbul. We organise your case, explain what a treatment plan is actually proposing, and publish the framework we use to judge a clinic — so you can apply it yourself, to us or to anyone else.

Before launch. Preliminary planning and guidance are available now. The first clinics we work with are being confirmed, and case review by a partner dentist begins once they are.

Dental Anchor is not a dental clinic. Clinical assessments, diagnoses and treatments are provided by licensed partner clinics and dentists in Türkiye.

What is Dental Anchor

One platform connecting every part of your treatment journey.

Treatment abroad goes wrong when nobody can say who is responsible for what. So we start by making that explicit.
  1. Dental Anchor

    Guides, organises and coordinates

    • Helps you describe your situation clearly
    • Organises your photographs, records and priorities into one case file
    • Explains possible treatment pathways in plain language
    • Coordinates communication with the clinic you choose
    • Supports planning around travel and scheduling
    • Stays in contact after you return home
  2. The clinic that treats you

    Examines, diagnoses, approves and treats

    • Reviews your clinical information
    • Carries out examinations and any required imaging
    • Makes the diagnosis
    • Approves the final treatment plan
    • Confirms the final price
    • Performs the treatment
    • Provides clinical aftercare instructions
  3. Your patient advisor

    Stays with your case throughout

    • One named point of contact rather than a queue
    • Keeps your questions moving between you and the clinic
    • Flags anything that needs a clinical answer rather than answering it
    • Helps you understand what has been proposed and what it involves

Preliminary plan

Not sure what treatment you need? Start with what you can see.

You do not need to know the name of a procedure. Tell us what you notice — a gap, a loose denture, a tooth that keeps breaking — and we will set out the directions worth discussing and what a dentist would need to see next.

  • Missing teeth
  • Damaged or heavily restored teeth
  • Tooth shape or colour
  • Loose dentures
  • Full smile makeover
  • Painful or loose teeth
  • I am unsure
Build My Preliminary Plan

Takes a few minutes. No diagnosis, no obligation, and you see your preliminary pathway before we ask for contact details.

Step 2 · Affected area

Select individual teeth, a whole arch, or tell us you are unsure. The full map is keyboard accessible and works alongside a plain list of regions.

Where people start

What are you hoping to change?

Most people arrive with a problem rather than a procedure in mind. These are the starting points we see most often.

How it works

What happens, and who is responsible at each point.

Six stages, from your first message to the questions that come up months after you are home.

  1. Tell us about your case

You describe your situation in your own words and share whatever records you already have.

    Dental Anchor
Guides you and gathers initial information
    Partner clinic
No clinical involvement at this stage
  2. Receive a preliminary pathway

We set out the treatment directions that may be relevant, and — just as importantly — what a dentist would still need to see.

    Dental Anchor
Explains possible pathways and next steps
    Partner clinic
    Not yet engaged
  3. The partner dental team reviews your information

Your organised case file goes to the clinic. This is the point where clinical judgement enters the process.

    Dental Anchor
    Organises photographs, records and priorities
    Partner clinic
    Reviews the available clinical records
  4. Receive a written treatment plan

The clinic sets out what it proposes, what it includes, what it excludes and what it costs.

    Dental Anchor
Helps you understand the proposal and its logistics
    Partner clinic
Diagnoses, approves and prices the treatment
  5. Prepare for travel and treatment

Scheduling, timings and what to expect on each visit, so nothing about the trip is a surprise.

    Dental Anchor
    Coordinates communication and travel planning
    Partner clinic
    Provides the dental treatment
  6. Support after treatment

Aftercare questions do not stop when you land back home, so neither does the line of communication.

    Dental Anchor
    Maintains contact and escalates concerns
    Partner clinic
    Provides clinical instructions and reviews

Our standards

How we select a dental clinic.

Dental Anchor works with one carefully selected clinic per treatment area rather than a directory. That only means something if the selection is rigorous, so here is what we check.

See Our Selection Standards

What we verify

  • Legal and health-tourism authorisations, checked against the issuing body
  • Named dentists with qualifications we can independently verify
  • A documented diagnostic process, not a quote from photographs alone
  • Radiography and imaging standards
  • Implant and material traceability, so you know what was placed
  • Sterilisation and infection-control procedures
  • Laboratory standards and relationships
  • Written treatment plans with explicit inclusions and exclusions
  • A complaint escalation route that exists on paper
  • A revision policy stated before treatment, not after
  • An aftercare policy that survives you leaving the country
  • International-patient coordination and patient-record handling

What would make us walk away

  • Credentials that cannot be verified with the issuing body
  • Pressure to commit before adequate records exist
  • Vague answers about which materials or implant systems are used
  • Promises made verbally but absent from the written plan
  • Price explanations that change between conversations
  • No clear process for problems after the patient goes home
  • Unwillingness to document who is responsible for what

Travelling for treatment

Support before, during and after your trip.

Treatment abroad involves a lot of moving parts. Here is exactly which of them we handle, and which stay with you or the clinic.

Common questions

Questions people ask before they get in touch

Start with a preliminary plan. Decide when you are ready.

A preliminary plan costs nothing and commits you to nothing. It simply gives you a clearer picture of the options and the questions worth asking next.
